LumoPetShop wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born from a deep-seated passion for the creatures that society often calls "exotic," but we call "family."

As founders with an extensive background in international trade (under Arbo Industries), we noticed a frustrating gap in the market: exotic pet supplies were either overpriced or dangerously low-quality. We saw reptile owners struggling with inaccurate thermometers and small mammal owners dealing with toxic plastic toys.

We decided to change the narrative.
